Noveno's Pilinut Candies was founded year 1960, by our grandparents. But it was never recognized in the market. It was in the year 2000 where it was legally and fully registered. Like DTI, BFAD, BIR, Municipal License, and became an OTOP member. We pride ourselves our Strong Marketing ability and specialization we feel we have the ideal combination of enthusiasm, dynamic marketing  skills, and aggressive mechandising to maximize sales for our vendors, we are proud of being able to position a product time and establish a viable business plan is accordance with the factory's guidelines.
