30 years of duck-raising, 50 thousand layers started layering in 1983, Peking Farm started in 2006. The duck products of Ang Tindahan ng Itlog ni Kuya, Atbp. came from the Leo Dator Duck Farm in Victoria, Laguna.

 The ducks are different from ducks in other farms as the ducks are organically raised. They are fed with rice bran, fishes, sweet potatoes and fresh water shells or “tulya”. Fresh and dressed Peking ducks (US-breed locally grown in Victoria, Laguna) are also sold with the organic salted eggs, the favorite among customers.

 The shells of the salted eggs look like an ordinary fresh egg with a small sticker with the Itlog ni Kuya logo, as the shells are not painted with the regular red artificial color. The salted eggs are processed more hygienically in a common traditional method.
