In 1972, a business was founded by the spouses George M. Dungao & Teresita G. Olalia-Dungao. Their first ever production area was in the kitchen of former Councilor Wilfredo C. Dungao, Sr., and Mrs. Sevilla M. Dungao in downtown San Fernando, Pampanga. They started the business with five (5) kilograms of pork to produce their Tocino. With them and their product getting some much needed recognition and the orders kept coming in, they increased their production to ten (10) kilograms. In weeks time, they ventured on and started producing Longaniza. The couple did all the work themselves, it was indeed a husband and wife team-up. Many mornings were spent in the markets as they purchased their meat and spices. Many afternoons were spent on the processing and the packaging of the finished products were done till the afternoon of the next day. They packed the Tocino into 500 grams while the Longaniza was done by dozens. As mornings and afternoons were spent and used for the preparation of the products they were left with the remainder of their afternoons to deliver the products to their customers.
