Assam tea is black tea that is produced in Assam, India. This particular Assam tea is manufactured in Chota Tingrai Estate. It is USDA Organic and is perfect for brewing Kombucha tea. It has hints of melon and honey flavor, which also makes this tea perfect as breakfast tea with honey, sugar, lemon or even as plain.

Brewing Instructions:

For regular tea brewing, Steep for 5 minutes at 85-90C water temperature.
For kombucha brewing, steep for 8-19 minutes at 85-90c.
