TROPICAL PALM HERB MANUFACTURING was established as sole proprietorship company. It is owned and founded by Arnel Sebastian Santiano who is an engineer by profession and specializes in television directing and computer graphics designs. While his line of work may not be connected to this business, his love for farming stemmed from his true-blooded forefather farmers from Nueva Ecija paved the way to start this endeavour. He, however, does not credit himself as the sole brain of the conceptualization of the company. He attributes Tropical Palm Herb Manufacturing humble beginnings from complete collaboration with the farmers’ cottage industry of the North and his long-time business partner, Ma. Teresa Caja Santiano, who share the same passion and creativity as him.
